Brack Office Solutions Annual Suppliers Event

A growing north east-based office supplier is celebrating its fifth year in business with the launch of a new reward scheme.
Brack Office Solutions, which is based in Sunderland’s Business and Innovation Centre (BIC), has now launched the scheme that allows customers to collect points for all orders placed. The points will then be redeemable against a catalogue of products such as iPods and many other gifts.
The scheme, which is unique for the region, will be officially launched at Brack’s annual supplier’s event on January 20. Taking place at the Stadium of Light between 11am and 3pm, the event will see over 30 different suppliers come together to meet with customers, including big names like Esselte and BIC; Brack will also launch its new 2012 catalogue.
Managing director Peter Brack said: “The current climate has led us to consider innovative ways to reward our customers and the incentive scheme provides an ideal platform for us to do this. We wanted to say thank you to our customers and I really believe that this will allow us to give something back.”
The supplier’s event is now in its fifth year and Brack expects over 120 guests to attend.
Peter continued: “We’ve been running the catalogue launch event for several years now and it’s always a big success. Guests are able to attend and receive unbiased advice, in addition to discussing any queries they have. This allows them to make informed decisions about the products they purchase for their business. We always have a large turn out, I’d recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.”
Brack celebrates its fifth birthday this month and is looking forward to a successful year ahead. It is looking to employ a further three members of staff in the next year, with plans to move into a new 6000 sq.foot office in 2012. Brack’s client base now spans over 250 customers both locally and nationally, supplying a full range of products such as office supplies, furniture and corporate promotional gifts.
Peter added: “The key to our success is simple – we give customers what they want, when they want it. When buying through Brack, we’re able to reduce the costs and with same day or next day delivery, we can offer a faster and more efficient service.”
